ASCE Grades The United States Infrastructure In June of 2021, The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) released the nationwide results of Americas Infrastructure Report Card. The overall grade of each state is judged in 8 categories. These include bridges, drinking water, energy, levees, railways, roads, transit and wastewater.
